You seem to be struggling with a fairly simple concept.
The published agreement is not binding because, as has been repeatedly said by both sides, nothing is agreed until everything is agreed (which includes any financial commitments and the details of the trade deal).
Once everything is agreed, that will result in a legal and binding agreement (which will clearly be legally enforceable) which will incorporate some or all of the recently published discussions.
Without that final agreement, then the present document is meaningless and certainly not legally binding.
Not too tricky to grasp, is it?

Anyway, enough of these distractions.
Now it's become a lot clearer what the current Government's plan for Brexit is, which of the 3 options does everyone favour ?
1/ Abide by all EU regulations, No borders and continue onto the next step of negotiating a Trade Deal
2/ No Agreement to EU Regulations, Introduce Borders (Ireland/NI or NI/Britain ?) No Trade Deal and WTO
3/ Some sort of Backtracking - Revoke Article 50 ?
4/ Try and change the Government (although I'm not sure that changes the 3 options above)

You might not agree with his opinions but at least try an be an intelligent person and counter his arguments with something other than 'you're a wanker'. A relative of my just sold a house in Burnley for £60k and bought it in 2003 for £53k, so after inflation its actually gone down in value.
It says it all about the huge divide and huge structural problem, leaving the EU is barking up the wrong tree though.

I have absolutely no problems with immigrants coming to the UK, I don't care if bananas are straight or bendy, I couldn't care less what colour our passports are either. I voted to leave because of this:
You voted because of something that was said by an opposition politician in Germany 18 months after the date of the vote?
Whatever Schulz's ability to give his dream wheels (I'll leave HT to comment on internal German politics) any Briton confident of his country would see a suggestion like this as an opportunity for the UK to assume the natural leadership of that whole swathe of countries - most EU members I'd hazard - opposed to a USE. Someone with little faith would want to do a runner of course.

How prescient of you. However, this was discussed last week on this thread. The fact is that this was Martin Shulz's idea floated at his party conference. As you will be well aware , at party conferences all sorts of ideas are put forward and discussed, most of which never become a party policy let alone a government one.
If you really want something to worry about look to Poland and the erosion of democratic free speech and the independent judiciary.
Had she formed a strong and stable government yet?
