Are you sure it wasn't a fence contract? No idea indeed ..

BBC News - German army problems 'dramatically bad', report says

Mate I’ve worked in defence for 15 years. You have absolutely no idea. Anything the EU can do we can do a lot worse.

90 minutes from our first ever European draw and you lot are going round in the same, pointless circles.

What the hell is the point? No-one has changed their opinion one iota for years.
if people debated whether if a penalty was or wasn't either person still wouldn't change their mind after debating it, whatś the difference? people take different angle on it

It's about expressing opinions not winning hearts and minds

Lots of great news yesterday, epic loan signing confirmed, exciting Europa league draw and ....

:dunky:

Why are you posting an article about Covid recovery in a thread about Brexit?

You’ve had ample opportunity to answer two straightforward questions about Brexit and all you’ve done is indulge in nonsensical whataboutery.

You’re an insubstantial puff of gas in a world of solid objects. You’re on ignore as a complete waste of everybody’s time and energy. You have nothing.

I don't know how s/he does it but s/he has maintained an unsurpassed level of gracelessness over several years and under at least two pseudonyms....

Surely at some point s/he must reflect on the absolute vacuity of her/his contributions and the banality of her/his communication style....

I posted an article showing the UK actually had the fastest recovery in Europe from the enormous economic impact of Covid showing our GDP growth since Brexit is entirely consistent with other G7 nations and better than quite a few in Europe ... this news is of course catastrophic for tedious anti UK bellends/economic forecasters/think tanks who have been pedalling bollox about the supposed, catastrophic economic impacts on our GDP because of Brexit using our supposed (innaccurate) outlier bottom ranking as evidence.

As ever from your lot, positive news for the UK = bad news for you ... Chicken.

clueless and dangerous. farmers f***ed (I know a farmer), fishermen really f***ed ( ex marine mate works on boats out of the NE and he would like to spend 5 minutes with Boris), exporters ( all my contacts are abroad) f***ed. You have no idea and just spout bollocks. Now it maybe some sort of perverted wind up but people lives are being ruined by brexit. It’s not funny or clever … similar to you.

I have no problem in arguing cordially with anyone arguing in good faith, regardless of whether I disagree with them. However the constant avoidance, whataboutery and refusal to answer direct questions tell me everything I need to know about “Wokeworrier” 😂. Just another WUM entertaining themselves on the internet.

It became abundantly clear that they were not arguing in good faith on their side, and life’s too short to get sidetracked by fools.

The plonker will stay on ignore, and I advise anyone tempted to engage with them not to bother. Ignore is the way forward for serial whataboutery, avoidance and the like. I don’t want to get accused of bullying, so I’m not going to enter into further chat on the subject, besides which, we’ve just won 3-1 with an incredible performance and I’m feeling too good to waste time on nonsense like this. It’s about the Albion at the end of the day, and we have been incredible.

As you proved recently, your (always convenientlly) one sided, personal anecdotes do not neccasserilly represent the wider picture/truth when establishing the overall facts.

When the UK is failing, near the bottom of any economic indicator numerous people are falling over themselves to post on here/blame Brexit. So stop whining when the data shows the opposite to be true.

I have friends who are directly and adversly affected by Brexit. The irony is that many are normally Tory voters, but no longer. You on the other hand trawl the net trying to find crumbs of evidence to back up your limp argument, which btw do not represent the wider picture. The data does not back your argument. You need to face up to the fact the Boris and his Brexit brigade pulled down your trousers, bent you over the table and shagged the last ounce of self respect out of you. Not a pleasant thought as I’ve just eaten.

First, you claimed your defence contract experience in some way dispproved the undeniable fact that the German armed forces have been chronically underfunded/mismanaged for many years and that ursula von de lyon was a **** defence minister now you claim you have a few mates who have been adversly effected by Brexit which is of more significance than the much better than previously reported GDP performance of the entire UK ( see crumbs). Go to bed and enjoy our win you silly sausage!

"The latest Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) information shows that the UK is one of the first countries in the world to estimate the 2020 and 2021 coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic period through the SUT framework. The United States has also published SUTs for 2021.

This means that the UK has one of the most up-to-date sets of estimates for this period of considerable economic change. Other countries follow different revision policies and practices, which can result in their estimates being revised at a later date. It is important this is considered when comparing the UK with other countries and our international comparison position is likely to change once other countries fully confront their datasets over time."

The poster you're responding to once posted on this thread at the exact moment Jordan Henderson put England 4-0 up in a European Championship quarter final. Beating Newcastle 3-1 will be equally irrelevant to him.
