I personally think the worst fans are those who claim to support The Albion but never get off their arses & come to watch 'em . Additionally, If the majority of the support is deathly silent: the serial 'moaners' become all the more noticeable do they not?

I know it's chicken & egg, but I also feel the poor fare on the pitch that many of us have so often borne witness to is hardly conducive to getting the Withdean faithful rocking. Well is it?

There was a guy in a white top at Millwall who seemed pretty lashed and had obviously decided pre-match that Kuipers was going to be his hate figure for the game.

So Kuipers' couple of dodgy kicks were greeted with dog's abuse, with the FDM being told he was 'F**king rubbish' at full volume more than once. A guy did turn and tell him to button it at one point but, as others have said, you're on dodgy ground with those sort of morons.

No doubt he'll now reveal himself on here and complain about me not having the balls to have a go at him face to face. Too damn right - I don't go to football for confrontation, but to watch the game and get behind the team.

If someone's playing crap, everyone grumbles and groans a bit, but what possible benefit can there be from destroying their confidence and concentration even more with personal abuse?

I was completely disgusted with the behaviour at Withdean last night...

Most of the fans were pretty fuckin dormant until we f***ed up and that was when everyone woke up and started making noise by the way of abuse.

Those pricks in the back row in H block really helped...

If you're one of our 11 on that pitch with a half dead crowd that only makes noises when they are fuckin up, how is that supposed to motivate them.!

Millwall on Saturday... The fans were immense... There was not one moment when we were quiet... It was song after song after song.... I know generally travelling support is more of a livelier nature but if the team dish out a pile of 'shit' each week at home then, as fans, so do we.

For the players, we dish out untold buckets of absolute fuckin garb for them at home, and as much as they need to be professional and do the job, I cant blame them for finding it difficult to not just play against the 11 opposite them, but also play against the 6 or 7k surround them.

I'm gonna keep going to Withdean and support the team as best I can, but the quicker we get to Falmer, hopefully, the quicker we can get some decent support through the turnstiles and create a decent atmosphere. I wanna look forward to the game on Saturday and not get pissed of by the idiots that do absolutely nothing to help our team.

The trouble with sitting in E block is that you have a terrific view of shit being served up on a week by week basis. Which having shelled out nearly £30 for the priv, makes a good moan quite permissable in my book.

On Saturday I shall mostly be watching Dean Cox give the ball away....................

By saying you "know the two twats he was referring to" in my eyes means you are calling me a twat. You must have read The Truth's original post and worked out where we sit, and therefore you are calling me a twat because I have said that I think that I am one of the people that The truth is talking about.

Ok, if you're one of the people The Truth was referring to, then fine. You sir, acted like a twat in my opinion. But it's not my job to tell you that at a match, it's up to the stewards to step in and have a word. Everyone is entitled to their opinion at a football match, if you want to shout abuse, fine. It's not for me to tell you off. But I am perfectly allowed to form an opinion, and that opinion is that anyone who feels the need to scream and shout abuse all match is pathetic, and I consider these people to be twats. But there are plenty of them.

Southover Seagull, I have no idea where the Nelson is, and also I have no reason to want to meet you. If you want to moan, fine. If I want to consider that twattish behaviour, I will. It's not up to me to tell you how to behave, as I said earlier in my post.

By the way whoever was sitting behind me in H block yesterday ruined the game for me. Your jokes where shit and you laugh like mr blobby. Your mate is about 4ft tall and his voice sounds like a transsexual and i have had that seat in row k in H block for years and never experienced a more annoying person than you.

I'm looking forward to seeing hoards of four foot tall transexuals with their Mister Blobby cohorts congregate around row K in H block this Saturday and assail you with rubbish jokes.

But thanks for the offer, would love to come but instead I'm watching my son play rugby, I would love to invite you along but it seems people like you shouldn't be anywhere near a sports-field of any sort especially around CHILDREN.
