I'm a twat am I?
Have you heard me call someone a useless wanker then? Who is this someone, a player, coach or manager? Or are you referring to someone else?
I can safely say I have never called an Albion player a useless wanker, I may have called one or two of our managers that, but never a player.

Excuse me, but when I did I refer to anyone specifically? There were people acting like twats all over the place last night, moaning and jeering all the time. Your reaction to my generic comments suggest you were one of them, and if you were, I don't see why you feel the need to do it. If you're not, why did you take offence to my post?

This just about sums it up, people come back from the game spouting off about this bloke and that bloke, all the whingers or some other guy using bad language in front of his daughter, but no one ever says anything to the guys face ! Instead they tell us all about it on here. Keyboard warriors grow some balls FFS !

Generic comments? You said this in response to the original post:

"I too am in Block E, but I'm in the centre of it. I know the 2 twats you're referring to though, but sadly, they're not the only ones."

By saying you "know the two twats he was referring to" in my eyes means you are calling me a twat. You must have read The Truth's original post and worked out where we sit, and therefore you are calling me a twat because I have said that I think that I am one of the people that The truth is talking about.

It is probably healthier to moan here than at a game. What point is there moaning at Dean White when it is quite possible he won't be in a job this time next week?

Moaning at a player at a match because he makes one mistake doesn't really help the player or the team.

The atmosphere was the worst last night I have seen at Withdean for quite some time. Crowd and team never really got going - and I know Withdean isn't great at the best of times but it is certainly noisier than it was last night. Even the singing stand were deathly silent for most of it - they were even allowed to stand for a while as well!

I would guess it be the threat of physical violence against them.
If someone is hurling abuse is a menacing manner they are very unlikely to respond to in a civil manner for a debate as to the merits of there negative shouting are they.

Still in Brighton
isn't it an offence to shout foul and abusive language at a football match? has anyone tried asking the stewards to have a quiet word with an individual at half time? if they did, what response did they get from the stewards?

i've faced this conundrum myself before. i've had southstanders in d/e block take the piss because i've shouted encouragement rather than moaning (but hey, i was trying to encourage Gatting...). personally, i prefer g/h block because at least they make some effort to be cheerful!

and southeover street seagull..... yes, i would say a moaner/abuser is a twat, so if you are admitting that was you...... and before you go all large on "well you wouldn't say that to my face" - would you have the balls to shout abuse to one of the players in the street rather than the safety of hiding in the stand?

There are people that sit around me that don't stop moaning about something or other what ever the score is, whoever it is against, sometimes even before kick off!! Why do people turn up every week just to moan?
If your going to moan, please do us all a favour and stay at home

This is something I'm coming across more and more each week.

I've noticed recently people arguing with each other.
A moment that sticks out is the Leeds game where some idiot was giving anyone in a blue and white shirt greif.

It got to the point where he was told to shut the F&£K up by a fella sitting in front.

If you pay £25 to watch a game you are certainly entitled to an opion however it really doesn't help getting on the players backs.

It was aimed more at the couple of fellas moaning about the moaners :lolol: If they feel strongly enough about it, say it face to face !

Exactly, but they are quite happy to sit at their PC's and get angry with the keyboard

to be honest everyone had a right to moan last night as it was the worst atmosphere i have experienced at the withdean this season and possibly, ever! Although i didnt actually moan about the players yesterday, which i am quite proud of because im the biggest moaner ever, i was bemused and astonished at how bad it actually was.

I didn't really hear that much moaning and the reason the hole place was quieter than it usually is is probably because the hard core moaners had no manager to moan at. im hoping that a knew manager will be in place by saturday so the atmosphere will pick up and maybe some of the fans who i have noticed leave who have sat at the withdean for years will come back.

By the way whoever was sitting behind me in H block yesterday ruined the game for me. Your jokes where shit and you laugh like mr blobby. Your mate is about 4ft tall and his voice sounds like a transsexual and i have had that seat in row k in H block for years and never experienced a more annoying person than you.

I think you will find someone did last night, at least to the continual moaners at the back of E/F block.

As the team came out before the start of the match, they started, shouting at White and saying he wouldn't be here next Saturday, he'd be shopping instead - How the F@#k does that help our side, how the F@#k does that encourage or show support for our team?

The players play for the manager, and to have so called fans turn up and abuse a caretaker manager prior to kick off is going too far, after all, they led the team to victory in the previous match at Millwall.

They moan no matter what and when challenged about their behaviour say "well i've paid my money so i can say what i like" well everyone else there has paid their money and don't want to sit there listening to the moaning, i think they will find that some people enjoy it and don't want the moaners ruining the experience.

No wonder the team and manager has struggled all season, with tw@ts like these turning up week in and week out, undermining them.

Come on lads, get behind your team, and be positive, and help the team on to victory and safety. :albion1::albion2::albion1:
