i know of a student in their 30's that has renewed as under 21!!

 i'm still pissed at them getting rid of the student ST - i mean i wouldn't have minded a slight hike but that has properly screwed me over!

We all agree that the way Wilkins was sacked was wrong

Err, nope. Some of us don't know the full story and reserve judgement. Some of us might think Dick was a bit heavy handed, but we don't know what kind of condition Dean was in nor do we know if Dick has previously tried to manufacture a better resolution.

So we don't all agree the way he was sacked was wrong.

I am not saying i won't back Adams as i like Mickey and he is very good with players and the media not sure about him being a great tactician anyway my gripe is i thought Dick was an Albion fan like Wilkins and Dick or the board shafted Wilkins and i am afraid i am struggling to trust knight and wonder if he either lacked bottle in letting Wilkins carry on or he just got carried away on a power trip.

Wilkins was treated far better than Mark McGhee or Steve Gritt come to that. He had a 2 year crack of the whip lost more league games than he won in a piss poor div 3 of a woeful standard , lost 2000 fans and was asked to move aside but still offered an important job with the same money I would imagine. How on earth is that worse then the way McGhee or Gritt were treated

I did not actually say he was treated worse than McGhee or Gritt but as you bring it up McGhee was on the slippery slope and Gritt was never a good manager he got lucky for one game IMO.

The fact we were in div3 again was the reason for the crowd figures and the crunch was already biting at £26 quid a ticket.

If we ain't in the top 5 at Xmas just watch the attendance figures slide.

Simple Wilkins was F*cked over unless i find out he killed Dicks Hamster or stroked his wife pussy i won't believe otherwise.

You're an Albion fan. I'm an Albion fan.
Wilkins was not, is not, nor ever will be an Albion fan. Neither does he "bleed blue and white". He was a professional earning a living at the club, and as is often the case in his profession, that came to an end. To perceive Wilkins as a "fan" who Dick kicked out is nonsense.

My prediction is that we will top 5000 STHs before the start of the season , so optimistically the average crowd attendance should be well over 7000 taking into account away fans , kids and those that pay game by game.:clap2:

2000 lost/missing fans - how do you arrive at this figure Gareth?

and Gritt was never a good manager he got lucky for one game IMO.

Gritt wasn't a particularly good manager but he did a little more than get lucky for one game-remembering the fact that he managed to drag us into a position where being lucky for that one game was ample reward for his efforts.
