I guess that's a roundabout way of admitting you were wrong that rich people spend a higher proportion of their income.
And I'm not exactly sure how investing in gold, silver and art stimulates the economy.
You are exactly wrong here. The richer you are the higher your propensity to save. Depriving poorer people of x million will lead to a greater drop in aggregate demand than depriving poorer people of x million.
Their hands are far from tied, but they have done a pretty good job of convincing a lot of people they are. How exactly are they tied? There are two ways of reducing a budget deficit. Cut spending and/or increase income.
Couldn't agree more. What drives me mad is everyone seems to enjoy watching teams like Brazil and appreciate their skills lead them to success and yet there seems to be no will to try and change things here. It's as if everyone just accepts that Brazilians are somehow inately better at football...
I believe platinum club members will have a team of "wiper boys" on hand who will tenderly wipe away your shit using crisp £10 notes instead of toilet paper.
And even more so if you factor in the fact that all cup games and friendlies are included in the 1901 club, plus your free program and parking space (if you can find enough mates).
What's wrong with that? It's breaking one of the three fundamental rules of North Stand Chat:

2. Never change your mind
3. Never apologise
He should be banned!
I think most people are confident attendances will rise significantly based upon the experiences of other clubs in similarly sized towns/cities when they moved into similarly sized new stadiums (Swansea, Reading, Hull etc). They all went from attracting similar crowds to the ones we currently...
They were ringing all 1901 club members to check that the contact details were correct prior to sending out the licencing agreements in the next few weeks. If you don't hear from them in the next few days it might be worth contacting them to check that they have up to date contact details for...
Watched the highlights on Seagulls World and there seemed to be plenty of room on the terraces at the ends. 2500 seemed perfectly plausible.
Providing up to date and accurate running totals of tickets sold for away games is never going to be a top priority for the ticket office so I'd always...
I spoke to the 1901 club today and they confirmed that they are looking into around 400 additional 1901 club seats in the East Stand. The reason people haven't heard about it is that they haven't officially announced this yet. The final seats in the West Stand sold out this week. Sounds like...
