    Alonso back to Renault

Great, good to see the mono-browed whinger go to a team in decline! Like to see Piquet Jr give him a run for his money too. This FIA Vs Mclaren thing is getting stupid. Given the outrageous fine they got, they are not going to comprimise another year by putting anything else on the car! sadly...

Do you shop at Aldi ?

We do an Aldi run once a month, stocking up on their frozen lamb mince and dried tripe sticks. The dogs love both things and don't give a damn where it comes from! We usually come away with other stuff as well, don't have a problem with any of it. I like the way they brand stuff really similar...

James Blunt - Not such a tosser is he ?

Have to agree, those five minutes on Top Gear really changed my opinion of him. Still don't like his music but nobody's perfect! Be interesting to see if they get Lewis back on a dry track!

    As a season ticket holder

Having not been to an Albion game for over three years, a season ticket holder at a rugby club, and having less than 5,000 NSC posts, I'd just like to say my tickets have already arrived!

What is the worst kind of shit to tread in

Not that I like to tread in it, but I'm fairly immune to dog sh*t as I spend forever picking up after our two. However, cat sh*t I cannot abide, picking it off our lawn makes me retch, it has such a pungent stink:sick: My boots are usually covered in Horse and cow shit from our walks (as are...

    New car advise needed

We've got a Ford Mondeo Estate (06 plate) which we use for carting 2 (largish) dogs to shows etc. However, with the cage in the boot area, there isn't much room for anything else, and the roof slopes down a little towards the back. Doesn't affect us too much as no kids, so "stuff" goes on the...

    What TV do YOU get?

Full Sky, Sky+ and Multi-room Dunno why we bother with movies as theres only about one worth watching per month (although the missus likes the horror films), and I only watch the Rugby and Motor sport (and the once a year Brighton game) on the sports channels.

Makes of Car and Types of Drivers

I've followed a few in my time that have been slow due to overloading and being generally clapped out (and just about to join the Hard shoulder gang), but you have a point there!

    Pointless,traffic,road or vehicle signs.

Ok, not technically a road sign, but any car with a "baby on board" sticker/sign. Generally a license to drive like an arse! Why do I care if you have a baby (or small person) on board, I'd generally not try and hit you even if you weren't carrying kids!

I think theres a garden of remeberance or something where the West's house was in Cromwell St.

I Urge You All To Get Behind Scotland

If the jocko's get there then fair play to them, but I won't be getting behind them. Them and the welsh would happily get behind whoever is playing England, so why should we really be expected to root for them.

Budget airlines you are happy to fly with ?

Flown Air Transat to Vancouver a couple of times, and it wasn't too bad (although they are famed for one of their planes running out of gas over the Atlantic). No frills as expected, and seating not brill but better than some (I'm 6'2" and on the larger side of large!). Don't usually bother what...

    Moral dilemma

I wouldn't pay, but would still feel a bit guilty! With regards to the warrenty, if no-one honours it, you could still get it fixed for cheaper than the extra you'll have to pay. Or negotiate a reduction or discount on a future purchase. I got caught the other way when i bought diesel a while...
