Thanks for the info folks.
Been a while since we sold a house so can't really give much of an opinon myself. When we bought our current place they were pretty good, but obviously were working for the sale!
Quick pick of the brains of the NSC knowledge.
Does anyone know what estate agents roughly charge to sell your home these days. I guess its a percentage of the house value/selling price rather than a fixed fee.
Just trying to put some figures together for a job reloc. package
cheers
Engineer/designing things, ideally like F1 cars .. or Wildlife photographer/presenter or owner of a game lodge (basically something working in the African bush with wild animals)
Namibia for two weeks at the back end of August. Theres also a big industry conference in Cape Town in October or November, so may tag something on to the back of that?
Gonna do the whole trip in Namibia oursleves this time, last time we did half oursleves and half on organised tour. Last time...
Gutted for England, Lewis and the Albion.
One positive thing for me was Bath won, and Glaws lost (well done to the Irish DTG).
other negative, I've done my back in (something went whilst cleaning the flippin car this morning) and I'm walking around like a neanderthal at the moment!
Glad Kimi got it rather than the spanish t*sser. Shame for Lewis, only mechanical glitch of season pretty much (other than tyre issues etc). If Mclaren can carry on next year like this without all the cr@p they've had to endure, then Lewis shoudl do well. Hope being at the far end of the pit...
Absolutely gorgeous morning in Gloucestershire, bit of mist down over the M5 and Severn as we walked the dogs this morning. Shaping up to be a nice afternoon as well.
Toughie for me. Really I guess it has to be the rugby. Hamilton will get many more chances, but I would love it he stuffed that pathetic cry baby tw@t Alonso!
If its passion you want to see in rugby, spend an afternoon in the Shed at Gloucester or Welford Road in Leicester, or even San Sebastian in Spain, probably the best atmostphere I've ever experienced at a sporting event (Bath V Biarritz, HC semi final).
The RWC is in our own hands, whereas the Euro Quali mostly depends on others. Whether we win the RWC is another matter, but I think we have much more of a chance than some people imagine.
Cwrt Mawr for 2 yrs then in a house opposite the station (about 3 or 4 doors up from the railway pub), just around the corner from The Mill, which was the geology pub!
Went back a few years ago for a vets hockey match, and jeez has the place changed: all those new halls on the otherside of the...
Is the correct answer, was there nearly 20 years ago at uni (Geology which they don't even teach now) and that was about all there was to do, which wasn't a bad thing!:drink:
Yeah it was, things are looking up at the Rec. After the two previous games against Sale and LI, where we were at the mercy of a (thankfully missed) last second drop goal, it was good to go ino the last 5 mins with a gap! We are playing well at the moment, lots of fast ball and using the wings...
