I don't like turkey, and as I do the cooking for 10 I tend to suggest an alternative and see what the family's thoughts are. This year, pork belly as we've had beef for the last 2 years
They've both had their big final pay days, why don't they just retire from playing and do something noble. After all, it's not like either of them will ever need to work again
I have about 40 quids worth of small denomination euro coins. Does anybody know where I might be able to chnge these, either into euro notes or sterling thankyou please?
Under Poyet we had some very skilful players and it felt like the good times were there, but equally there was no plan B. So when we got sussed out, it was painful to watch.
Under Hughton we have flair, stability, solidity and adaptability. And we have it in depth as well. If a game is not...
I'm looking for a new(second hand) car. Am I better going for a newer higher mileage car, or the same model/trim/goodies etc but a year or two older but with 20 or 30k less miles?
Thoughts appreciated..
'Resting' Knockeart is showing disrespect to Wigan, and whilst they may be at the foot of the table that would be foolish and backfire on us. He should play, have a blinder and can be subbed once the damage has been done.....hopefully
There is a Ruud Gullit book out about watching the game from a footballer, and mangers perspective. Having talked to a few knowledgable footballers, it's quite apparent that they see the game very differently to most of us. I think this will be an interesting read
To a man today we were poor, with the exception of Dunk.
I think Maenpaa needs another go as Stockdale has not come back well from injury, and looks overweight again.
There were too many negatives today and it's Hughtons job to get us back on track on Tuesday. Regardless of where his future...
If he's fit and focused then he should start, with either Kayal or Norwood. Sidwell is not the answer unless we're defending a slender lead, or playing for a draw away
