This is what I think happened for the Southampton game which was the start of a run of awful home games.
Of course we will never know but I suspect if we did not have Man City to play at Wembley the next week we would not have been so poor vs Southampton.
Premier League survival.
I think Lampard is a huge mistake for Chelsea (and Solskaer at Utd)
In terms of embracing change there is no choice and as I have already said I will be getting fully behind Potter.
Read my post again - I said I would be getting fully behind Potter.

Some of that is simply the nature of the league we are in. The gap between the haves and have...
Because I think Chris Hughton did brilliantly to keep us up twice in a row and I don't have the same faith in an inexperienced manager.
Doesn't mean I won't be getting fully behind the team and Potter though.
I'd give up if I were you.
Some of our fans our so pathetic they will use anything to criticise Ch - whether it is true or not doesn't seem to matter to them
Agree BUT I don't think what was wrong was being too defensive.
In both these games we did far more attacking than the opposition UNTIL we got hit on the break. My concern from these games was how we seemed to lack any self belief/confidence once we went 1-0 down
Odd question mark is understandable - every bloody thread having a post (or many posts) criticising/questioning him is not.
He deserves FAR more respect than he is getting
