A student asked my wife what "enqueque" means and I cannot find anything making much sense on Google!
It's something to do with downloading music, possibly using WinAmp. Personally I think the word is really "enqueue" but am hoping some of you techno experts will know best.
Thanks

Vamos Argentina!
The build-up to the RWC seems a bit low key over here. All the players play professionally in Europe as the game is still amateur in Argentina. There are some thoughts that a good showing could revolutionise the game here, maybe even make it go professional, but in reality it...
Happy Chocolate Pudding Day
Guess that's the winner. Look, you can even send a card!

Here in Argentina it's a play-off if two teams are level on points and the position is significant. None of this goal difference, goal average or goals scored business. Not even a Spanish-style head-to-head separation.

It seems every day is World Something Day but does anyone have any ideas what today is? I'm looking for inspiration for an English class later today.
This much I do know:
1862 Kent cricketer Joseph Wells became the first man to take 4 consecutive wickets. (Not sure I would be able to...
In anticipation of the fixtures on Thursday, can anyone give me a URL for a results archive? I can't seem to find it at all. It used to be on "Viewfromthenet" but that doesn't seem to exist any more!

Ooh, too much fine Argentine wine!
Only just moved to Salta (Northwest Argentina) so not seen them play, but Gymnasia y Tiro will be my team during the "apertura" when it begins in August.
They play in the fourth level of Argentine football so I'm not expecting much, but the passion seems to be there. This season was a disaster...

These p2p progs tend to blow hot and cold though. I have had some good feeds but the majority are terrible, and sometimes with Chinese comm!!

That was a good night! It avenged the previous season's 5-0 drubbing which I had to watch with the home fans. My school were the ballboys and all my mates knew I was a Brighton fan. Horrific.
The 4-2 was with a late Terry Connor Hat-trick wasn't it?

The TV channels in Argentina are full of this story! It's incredible the amount of coverage it is getting and I can't imagine what it will be like if things turned out badly for him. Maybe it would even keep next week's Falklands/Malvinas commemorations off the front pages! (It's a public...
My passport is due for renewal soon so I spoke to the embassy in Buenos Aires.
£91 they want! And it's actually more because you can only pay in Argentine pesos and THEY set the exchange rate at about 5% worse than the banks!!
It would appear that James Blunt (Stupid c**t) also has a song called chocolate.
I might check out 4Non-Blondes to see if Morphine and Chocolate is any good.
Anyone know these songs?
'twould appear I'm not the only rrruss around. Google images brings up almost exclusively my travel photos, but hidden away at the end is this
Captioned "Me, Rrruss and DJ Melyss"
The one and only (although it would appear not) rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrruss
I am going to present an English class next week on a chocolate theme!
Anyone know of songs with chocolate in the title or lyrics?
I know of these:
Crowded House - Chocolate Cake
Deacon Blue - Chocolate Girl
More please.....!
