Last time we were here the other teams did have the bit of quality -we won by working hard as a team. This time round, we do have a better squad, and we're still winning with half of them out. This division is crap - light years behind the first division and we should go back up. If if we do get...
I went out with a member of Brighton's first team last night, a friend of mine. I'm afraid he told me Coppell IS leaving and the anouncement is likely to be made tomorrow.:(
I think if he was leaving he wouldn't care! Therefore he would send Pitcher out on loan! By your theory Pardew would have recalled Henderson (if only) before he decided to quit!
Fact is though, that because of Falmer Horton, Adams and Taylor all felt they were walking into better positions - and lets face it Adams and Taylor are both in brand new stadiums - if we had this they would never have left!
Chris McPhee - what a player. Lets hope he continues to develop. Henderson can go and 'do 1' - we need that money to go and get another midfielder in with Rodger and Oatway out.
Not great - i was a little dissapointed. He got substituted for Marney just after half time.
I was hoping for big things, but he didn't seem to get forward enough, wasn't quick enough and didn't get in enough crosses. Not a patch on Hart i'm afraid. Maybe just a bad game?????
Spot on! If nothing else it is our duty to get behind the team.
There are so many conflicting reports - lets just support him whilst he still IS Brighton manager - he deserves no less.
Would Mad play ball? It's to Reading's disadvantage to have a manager turn them down though:
1. It's not good for their image.
2. Any other manager would know he's second choice.
3. It's wasting time in their efforts to appoint another manager.
4. Nothing is iin it for Madjeski.
So nice idea...
