People need to know that the deal is spaced over three years and is as follows:
April 5th 2010 - 2%
April 2011 - 1.4%
April 2012 - 3.5%
We have a fair few changes for us engineers to deal with! Am off to a CWU National Briefing tomorrow to get more information.
I have a full copy of the Business Transformation 2010 and Beyond Agreement, and nowhere can I find where is says the 25% of the workforce will be downsized. There is a commitment to have 75/25 split between full time and part time workers by 2013 though.
I work for Royal Mail am a CWU rep too and quite frankly am astounded at your postie's attitude, the pay deal is good when you compare it to what else is happening with pay deals elsewhere.
Trevor Cox was my maths teacher when I was there, he also did navigation lessons too. Went on a few trips to Dieppe with my mates as they were in his navigation classes.
Honestly mate, I think a lot of people just read your posts and all they see is negativity a lot of the time. However some posts of late you have been quite positive. Oh and I haven't got any agenda against you or TCB, as I said before you are both articulate posters, just too bloody negative...
You really don't get it do you?
This bouncing is in response not just to this thread but countless other threads where you and TCB over react and whinge to an extreme. If you hadn't posted this ridiculous thread in the first place it would not now be being bounced constantly.
Have you ever...
Have you actually thought that Bridge may still have been in love with the girl when they spilt? Apparently straight after they split up his so called "best friend"started dicking her.
I know for one that I personally would not be best pleased if this had been done to me.
Just read a little bit about Norwich and it started off in Roman times and in the 11th Century was the second biggest city in England, London being the biggest, quite a lot of history there as you said, I doff my hat to you Sir!
Derry/Londonderry only really got going with the Plantation of...
Agreed, Brighton didn't start off as early as perhaps Derry/Londonderry and Norwich, but have either of those two had a King live in the town and build a palace there?
poke tongue out smiley face...!
Tell me about it!
I have lived in Hanover since 1981 and whilst the area has become perhaps a little more vibrant over the years, the mess and the lack of parking caused by HMOs is a bloody pain in the arse.
I agree with you on the whole and do think that Brighton thinks it's a Barcelona when it is isn't.
However I don't think either Norwich or Derry have much more culture and history than Brighton and Hove, Sheffield and Birmingham I would agree with you on.
