I would consider myself to be a complete idiot for behaving in such a way to get a ban!
I would still support the club 100% and wouldn't support or watch anyone else. And I would count down the months, weeks and days until I could go back to the Amex!
I've only see him in one game but you shouldn't judge anyone on just that - good or bad. All I will say is the three Posh supporters I know don't rate him, think he was a waste of money, and will be delighted if he goes!
How many of us really know enough of the detailed pros and cons to make an informed and valid judgement?
Very, very few, I would guess.
My heart says 'Out' but my head has only a tiny amount of knowledge on the subject, and that would make any judgement on my part, one way or the other...
Why is anyone the least bit bothered what the Palace chairman said? I'm only interested in what our chairman says. Couldn't care less about anyone else's.
Yes - in the early eighties, I think.
I was a regular in the seventies and it was a great pub - the old public bar and saloon bar set-up that worked so well. Great bar food at lunchtime. Then they made it all one bar, attracted a totally different clientele and the end came very quickly.
What an interesting concept! Do you think it will catch on?
Or will the football always be a minor distraction to assessing the standard of singing, the volume of singing, counting the empty seats, abusing the away fans, getting out in time to have an essential pie and pint at half-time...
I agree that Frank is a superb journalist.
The rest of your post is nonsense. The Queen has interfered in nothing. She has expressed a personal view in private, which she is perfectly entitled to do just like the rest of us.
You have invented an unfounded and laughable criticism to suit your...
What a fantastic response from the NSC community!
All the petty rants and whinges pale into complete insignificance when something like this happens.
Hang on in there, Falkor, you have seen on this thread how many are totally with you and supporting you - take strength from that.
It's no effort at all. Read my post again. I don't understand why they would want to do it, but completely accept that they have a right to do so. What I do object to is them getting up to leave and NOT going!
Yes they can, although why some are prepared to miss some of the game to get a pie and/or a pint is beyond me. Isn't there enough time before and afterwards?
If people want to leave early that's their prerogative, but I wish they would at least try to wait for a break in play and, most of all...
How can you possibly have an opinion on something you know absolutely nothing about?
You have no idea whatsoever whether it's a money problem or not. But it's a great opportunity to invent something to suit your agenda, isn't it?!
Naturally, if he thinks he should be paid more, then he's due...
I couldn't care less about what he did or didn't do or whether he's apologised or not.
All I'm concerned about is the the football, pure and simple - goal celebrations are a very minor and largely irrelevant distraction.
All that matters is how he performs on the pitch.
Whether we're allowed to talk about it or not, who's interested?
Only the 90 minutes on the pitch concerns me; anything else is a matter for the players and the club. It's their private life, not ours.
After 50 years of supporting the Albion, I now realise that I have been wrong all that time.
While I have been watching a game of football on the pitch and worrying about the result of the match, I should have been ignoring all that trivial stuff and fretting over how many empty seats there...
