Booing at the final whistle yesterday

Spielberg - you may well have paid your money and be entitled to rant at the team and management, but I don't pay my money to be surrounded by sore-losers - surely I am then entitled to rant back. The difference is that I was actually entertained on saturday, whereas you weren't. We had stacks...

Booing at the final whistle yesterday

Great to see that some fans like BB and ELS were watching the same match as me. It was an absolute joke booing at the end of the match. Everyone's entitled to their opinion but when reactionary fans start going mental at the end of a match like that, it's no wonder that some other fans take...

Fans Turning on each other yesterday

Spot on - we bloody dominated the game, even before they scored. It was shame we didn't win, but that's football. Some people really can't stand losing, especially some guy in D block who started shouting out for McGhee to leave. I was glad to see some stood up to this nobhead with the immortal...

I don't believe in hanging, but in this case there should be an exception

yeah, but in thailand they hardly understand the concept of wrongful arrest either, so lets not try and copy them.

I don't believe in hanging, but in this case there should be an exception

castration is certainly not the answer. If you look at the case studies, sickos like these who can't do the business move onto sicker and sicker crimes. it's either capital punishment, life behind bars or we try and rehab them and closely monitor them.

    Morrissey is a QPR fan!

I'm sure I remember him wearing a westham top for a photoshoot for Select ages ago. I guess if someone sent him an albion top, he'd probably wear that as well!!! It was good to see in the "Importance of being Morrissey" documentary, he had a football lying about in his LA pad.

Address of District Auditor for emails/letters

I no longer live in the Lewes area, but my old man sent this:- Dear Liz Lacon, As someone who is now living on a pension, I would like to comment on the Council's decision to request a judicial review of John Prescott's decision to allow the construction of the Falmer stadium for Brighton &...

Most embarrasing thing you have ever done whilst a footie match?

Spilt hot tomato soup onto the head of the person sitting below me - very annoying as we're both season ticket holders and I think he still holds a grudge against me! It was an accident...... Also went on a bit of a binge before a game, and walking up to D block, saw one of my fellow drinkers...

how much longer does McGhee retain your backing?

It's sometimes very hard to come on NSC after a loss - but some of the comments on here beggar belief. McGhee and the team did me proud yesterday - we played a great game and came close to doing the double over palace. It was gutting to lose the way we did - I was screaming abuse at the palace...

Ian Brown (The Greatest) review, discuss...

I think Ian Browns quality - his voice (and his attitude problem) has come along leaps and bounds and his recent live performances have been brilliant. Its so nice to here stone roses songs live again. I've liked all his solo albums. I suppose it's a bit morrissey and marr - everyone thought...

    Standard deviation

To try and put it into context:- You have a 'true' mean and the mean of the population that you are looking at, the standard deviation explains the variance of that sample population mean. Obviosuly the more data you have in your sample population, the more you know about the true population and...

    Australia - what's hot & what's not?

Tooheys new - that was great stuff. You could check out Manly (in sydney) - the place feels like an aussie version of brighton. Taronga zoo was quite fun.

Tim Ambrose - Our loss, Warwickshire's gain

He had one cracking year where he and prior were batting like demons and both keeping wicket well, but over the last two years he just hasn't taken any chance that came his way. He needs first team action - so I think it's only fair to let him go.

    Oatway

I must sit close to LI, as from where I was Oatway seemed to be one of the better players out there. His passing looked really good and he was getting stuck in as per usual. But then again, I heard people commenting that Dodd and skippy had good games, so I guess people must see different things...

    The Apprentice- last night!

Yeah - I'm glued to it as well. I think the guy who swaped teams is favourite to win - names someting like james Max. The best bit about last nights episode was the tall female trying on the dresses after they had the test. Blimey, she had a lovely figure!!!!

    Steve Coppell on Monday

I think we should all barrack him. Didn't he say himself that he always thought it was a sort of backhanded compliment!!!
