Was it just me or did anyone else watching this otherwise fantastic programme cringe and have a chuckle when Sir Alan mocked and made allegations about Catherine's advertising skills... all i couild think about was the Amstrad emailer plus.... what a shit campaign it looked cheap and made the product out to be as revolutionary as....... a mobile phone! (yes thats right Alan we all already have one of those!!)

He must have either passed off the campaign for that himself or trusted an employee to do so what a dork.
It makes me laugh that he has had the success he has. his products by-in-large suck and also have the longevity of an aid drop in Ethiopia...

I missed the first Two episodes of The Apprentice.

Have to say that I find the program compelling viewing. It's repeated on Saturday nights as well!

Quality viewing, im loving watching it.
He got it right again last night though, that picture board thing was worthy of a sacking alone.
The women are so bitchy its untrue :lolol:

I have never been able to work out how Sugar made so much cash. All his products have been dreadfull, even the old Amstrad computer which was around for all of 10 minutes.

Funniest part was when Paul said he was a Catholic and he swore that he shook hands with Saira. Sir Alan then said "I'm Jewish and couldn't give a toss"

Made me laugh anyway! :lolol:

so funny, and i knew Paul was going to try and smarm Saira when they left the board room but she was having none of it....

I think Saira will either win or be kicked off next week- she is totally irritating and shunts the blame elsewhere but Alan seems to like her attitude.

The sad part is that it is compelling viewing because of the odious nature of all involved - Sugar included.

Exactly. I wouldn't want to work for him!

The losing team were not a "team" but selfish arrogant :censored: - good to watch though!

I saw the whole programme for the first time yesterday - previously I'd just seen the post-mortem/sacking bit. In terms of teamwork it was chalk and cheese between the two groups, but the problems between the guy and the girl were the main attraction. Both want to lead and neither wants to give ground to the other. At times it's like a sitcom, with people getting stabbed from all directions.

I also get the impression that Sugar's already made his mind up about who he wants (or at least the top 2 or 3) and will just keep firing those he doesn't want.

Winners will be either the Black guy, the girl with dark hair whos fairly quiet, or Saira.

The others are all cretinous in the extreme.

Yeah - I'm glued to it as well.
I think the guy who swaped teams is favourite to win - names someting like james Max.

The best bit about last nights episode was the tall female trying on the dresses after they had the test. Blimey, she had a lovely figure!!!!
