I don't think you should change a winning team (save for injuries). With 7 now available as subs I'd have the new signings on the bench. However I suspect Gus might tinker!
After sucessive 5-1 and 3-1 wins do you think Gus should pick the same team again for Sheffield Wednesday (except for injuries) or bring in the new signings?
Am I the only one not bothered by this? January transfer window is four months away yet and a lot of things can happen in that time including the Norwich manager being sacked!! Time to chill for a while and sing your heart out for the boys whoever takes the field in the stripes!!!!!!
Season ticket holder at The Goldstone, Gillingham, Withdean and The Amex.:tosser::tosser: I just won't crucify someone for making a silly mistake when young unlike some. Thankfully most agree with me looking at the poll results. Now do one.
FFS what a utter disgrace some of you are. He was captain of a promoted side last season and so we have signed total quality. Yes he made mistakes in the past but what's wrong with giving someone a chance to make amends?
I will always cheer those in the stripes and suggest that those that boo...
I heard that Nooney only wanted to play for a team wearing red which is why he didn't sign for Cardiff until they changed their strip! Joking apart, a top bloke & good player when on form.
How about only giving a parachute payment if the relegated club can prove it is to cover existing players wages on long term contracts. At least it would stop teams like Blackburn shamelessly blowing it on new acquisitions like Jordan Rhodes!
After last night's heavy defeat see some bookies have lengthened our odds to get promoted from the Championship. One even has us at 16/1 from 12/1 so I've wedged up large - thanks Gus :clap2:
You can't judge anything based on one game. Chelsea game reinforces we are excellent at home. Swindon game shows we continue to have problems away albeit we had 4/5 players missing.
Simple analysis - don't get why people are such doom mongers perhaps they should become Portsmouth supporters!
Just had a text from a good friend today (who is a Palarse fan) and aparently they are now calling us BR1-3TON. Makes me flippin angry. I really do hope we smash them this season!
Jees - FFS get a grip! You can tell the old loyal season ticket holders from the new jump on the bandwagon supporters. We've spent the last fifteen years fighting to get a new stadium & £100m later some of you now want to virtually double capacity from last season . Talk about spoilt &...
Wow - absolutely incredible and well deserved for the club.
Perhaps with the best new venue in the world people on here will stop complaining about it and realise just how lucky they are!!
