I think Ellis & Knight did a deal so that we got more cash upfront in return for cancelling his appearances and international linked payments. At the time we need the cash rather than take the gamble on his potential long term value.

Form what I understand it could well be still going on then! All sides need to present the evidence to the Judge, then the legal process starts. This ain't likely to happen till May/June so then allowing 4-6 weeks for the high court case to start you are in July / August time. Trouble is...
