[Politics] General Election 2024 - The Poll

Well thank you. You (and @Giraffe) do realise that just because the leaders of your particular colour of rosette constantly lie, obfuscate and try to muddy the waters that, as a supporter you don't have to follow that lead and rather amateurly try to do the same with your posts on NSC and lie...

So you and @Giraffe are still in complete agreement, much as you were the last couple of times the pair of you voted. I'm stunned :lolol:

[Music] Classic albums that totally passed you by

It wouldn't be Would it ? (Another favourite of mine). Although you may take some time finding it. 60 studio albums and 39 live albums, as well as 46 compilation albums, 27 box sets, 4 soundtrack albums, 57 singles and 3 remix albums. Even I was surprised at that

[Music] Classic albums that totally passed you by

A couple of times on tour. I played this to our singer/guitarist whilst driving between gigs somewhere oop north during the mid 90s (he was probably in his late 40s). He immediately bought about a dozen copies that he gave to all his friends and family. And another tour, early 2000s and...

[Politics] Government advises households to prepare emergency supplies - How many days could you survive in YOUR household?

I remember when we had the run on pasta, tomatoes and toilet rolls, me and Mrs Wz reckon that between the various bathroom cupboards, the larder and the two freezers we could go 12-16 weeks. Maybe 24 if we weren't fussy

That's fair enough if you are happy to let others decide who you will have governing you for the next 5 years. It's better than not bothering to vote

[Politics] Tory meltdown finally arrived [was: incoming]...

That'll be the same Sunak who when appointed, promised a Government of Integrity, Professionalism and Accountability. They really can't stop themselves from constantly lying, it's so deeply ingrained in every aspect of what they do :shootself

My favourite line that he has been repeating over the last few hours 'I have got inflation down from the 11% it was when I took this job'. If I was him, I would have given a f***ing good kicking to whatever Chancellor oversaw inflation getting up to 11% in the first place ....... Oh :lolol:

As I said above, if the incumbent is your preferred option, then don't vote and get what you want. I'm not sure what your dietary choices have to do with anything
