Well I couldn't hear a word Lewis said due to being in the middle of a North Stand singing 'Withdean to Wembley'
But let's face it, as much as I absolutely love the Albion's undisputed GOAT, he's not really renowned for his interviews
I thought he looked quite relaxed on the pitch with his family after the game, and if anything, it's made me more optimistic. And for those saying he needs support, did you not see Baleba today ? Just turned 20, best game so far and looks a real prospect. Imagine if Caicedo had stayed another...
TB and PB always made the point that Potter left on 'good terms'
He's reportedly turned down Ajax in last couple of weeks from what I would think are now limited options
Still lives down here
Unfinished business (his side were doing really well when he left)
Could have been signed and sealed...
This.
And I always thought Potter was going to be long term. I don't think anyone thought RDZ would be longer than 2-3 years, but pleased with what he's done
You seem to be getting confused. He would be the answer if the question was 'How do you get rid of the worst Government I've ever seen in my lifetime ?'
I think you'll find TB and PB are better qualified as to how to make a football club successful
And what do you think we need to do to consistently get a top five place over City, Arsenal, Liverpool, United, Chelsea, Spurs, Newcastle, Villa etc ???
Lovely sunny day at the Amex and last game of the season against Utd, with a brilliant, exciting young squad sitting in 10th place. One of the more enjoyable end of season games I've been to over the years.
What's not to like :albion2:
Much as you love to be the martyr that everyone picks on dwayne, you didn't 'know' that Dahoud and Fati were RDZ signings, you simply suspected it as did many of us on here. And I don't remember anyone being 'shouted down' for saying it.
You can still be such a drama queen at times
I always thought that Potter was going to be long term and was really annoyed when he left (something that as much as I love RDZ, was never going to happen).
He's obviously learnt his lesson about those who drop their drawers first, (something most of us learn at 16/17) and noticeably hasn't...
So is RDZ the messiah who has been royally stitched up by TB and PB not backing him with proper investment ?
Or has RDZ inherited a brilliant squad from Potter, got one good season out of them and then couldn't turn it round when he had to actually find a result himself ?
I've read a lot of...
We've added Barco, not renewed Lallana and all the youngster's have a years more experience in the PL . You think that has weakened the squad since the beginning of last season
But you actually said was 'the squad is at a crossroads' despite the fact it's only one player different from...
We have one of the youngest squads we have ever had, actually stronger than we started last season, all a year more experienced and haven't extended Lallana. How does this constitute a 'crossroads' exactly :lolol:
