We don't have to agree to play our best team or are morally obliged to but pretty certain the attitude the club will take will be to carry on as they are. Highly unlikely we'll chuck in to the U21s Mitoma, Gross, Dunk, Pedro and Van Hecke just to chase this piece of silver. I'm guessing the...
We'll have to agree to disagree. We have a development team to do just that, develop players and we are doing that with the aim of them progressing to the 1st team or for a good sale. Not to throw our principles about play out of the window just to win a low level cup, albeit with Wembley final!!
Not sure why so many seem to think winning is important. The U21s are all about development and the style of play should reflect what the 1st team play. If that wins games in this competition then great but I don't see that switching just to win serves a purpose.
Transparency and fairness spring to mind. They didn't need to have a loyalty scheme in the first place, just sell online first come first served but they didn't, they invested in the scheme. Pretty certain our club doesn't just always look at the bottom line. They didn't need to put in padded...
I was educated in a catholic school over 40 years ago and from that point the hypocrisy of Christians (along with many other religions) was blatantly obvious.
It's very simple, the company decides to whom the ST points will be allocated at the start of the season. In some cases, some companies might have just one individual who regularly uses a ticket (probably a fan anyway) and they can benefit from the points. If they own several tickets, so they...
I was aware of this story as I'd seen the panorama but have now watched on catch up the Mr Bates v The Post Office.
One of the biggest things that strikes me is that this Paula Vennels believes she is a christian!!!
There will be no justice until all affected postmasters are fully...
Harry's histrionics at the departure of Jonny will have won him some friends and will keep him under the radar. Faithfuls badly need to banish another traitor to make it even better.
There's no need to get rid of it, just tweak it. 1901 STH can still give a ticket to a named individual but those individual accrue the points, not the ticket. Those named will be in the system so it shouldn't be impossible to do. This will mean those 1901 STH that have been using away...
How is it only a perceived value when it is a tangible benefit?
I would also suggest it is a legacy issue from when the stadium was first opened. I don't know as I've never had a 1901 seat but I'm guessing the T&Cs back in 2011 included this benefit when we probably didn't sell out away...
Really? On that basis, the club might as well sell tickets to the highest bidder then.
I think most will have a good understanding as to what loyalty means. What it doesn't mean is a 1901 ticket holder who buys a ticket for 19 mates for each of the away games in the premier league, gets...
This is the unfair anomaly that the club should be seeking to change when the 1901s come up for renewal. Individuals should accumulate loyalty points, not a ticket.
Just to clarify, it's not quite halved at renewal as your season ticket points are removed and the balance halved and they your season ticket points for the following season (assuming you've renewed) are added back.
