Saturday was the worst home performance ( except Stoke ) since Hinshelwood's capitulation against Grimsby 4 years ago. If we play like that WE WILL GO DOWN. Infact we will end up bottom. Using figures it could mean that MA had £200k to spend over 6 months and MM had £100k to spend over 12 months so he would be correct in his staement. He has always maintained that if needed the money is available so we must assume that if DW finds the players he will find the cash.

But then he has lost Jarratt as well, who might end up being good, but we will not benefit from that. He has left us with Molango and to an extent was possibly over loyal to some players who may or may not be what we need this season.

Hardly tearing the squad apart then in fairness? You have to give some credence, even if we don't agree with the result, to all three of those players being "difficult".

I think they were, but where replacements have come in they have not been good enough. Also the core of Adam's side have gone and again not properly replaced.

But to place all the blame on MM's shoulders for not replacing Adam's players with similar quality players is harsh without knowing what budget he had to work with. Many of the answers will come with who Wilkins manages to get in which may be helped by Bloom releasing some money having eventually got his way about MM.

It's going to be interesting, whichever side of the MM fence you sit.
