Besides there isn't any proof of the 650,000 people.Even the Red Cross have said this figure is nearer 100,000.

Iraq invaded Kuwait in August 1990. Thatcher got booted out of office in November 1990. The Coalition Forces went in in January 1991. But I know what you mean.
