This suggests to me that they are very much in the 'higher Prem' category.

Fair point, why would he want to spend two or three years at Bolton or Wigan, by the time he has served his apprenticeship with the Albion (so to speak) we could quite easily be in the same division as at least one of those teams. He could stay a little longer with Brighton before moving elsewhere, if that is his intention, without having to relocate to the North West of England...I reckon he is well settled in this part of the World, why move?

I can vouch for that, Springfield park would give Withdean a run for it's money but fair play to them. The fact that the likes of Wigan (and let's face it, Blackburn and Blackpool) can get to the top flight should give hope to all teams. As it is Wigan got there through Dave Whelan's money and then some very shrewd buying and selling.
