Top interview, with his understanding of French, perhaps we can hire him out as a translator to events like the G8, European Commission and random state visits...that should confuse our Francophone friends around the World.

Match report as translated by Babelfish...

The Native of Le Havre begins again by a victory

It is against the club partner of Brighton (D2 English), in a stage Maurice Bacquet copiously furnished with a strong delegation of English supporters (approximately a thousand) that the HAC started its series of matches friendly.

The Native of Le Havre starts the meeting timidly. Thanks to a good circulation of the balloon, Brighton create for themselves several frank occasions of which one at any beginning of meeting where one needs all the vigilance of Blondel for the danger is isolated. The last storm and the first found automatisms, the Sky and Navy under the control of a Jean-Michel Lesage already in great form take the ascending one on the match. It is besides the latter which thanks to a beautiful tallied striking of 20 meters, obliges the gatekeeper of Brighton to a beautiful flight.

This first period pleasant to follow is whistled on the score of (0-0). In second period, Thierry Uvenard makes turn his manpower. Against the wind, Hacmen undergo the English attacks but resist well. One knows the English play based above all on the physical challenge. Even at the time of a friendly match, virility is with go. One of the lesson which the trainer will draw from the HAC will be precisely the answering good of its players in this field.

With the 55', the HAC opens the score via Guillaume Hoarau who benefits from a good work of William Mocquet. After the opening of the score, the players of Brighton will change their manner of playing. Less technique, more physics and long balloons, the HAC adapts perfectly to the new tactic of their adversary of the day. So that at the end of the match, the Sky and Navy double the setting by Lesage.

A good departure for the team of the President LOUVEL who just after the meeting noted that definitely, the supporters of On the other side of the channel could give lessons to the French on the state of mind which animates them "They lose (2-0) and leave under the applause their public. Us, one gains and that does not prevent us from being made "light". "There is really a world of difference between these two mentalities...

Didn't Blondel used to play for an English team, someone like Cambridge?

We were taking a photo of our group of friends outside a brilliant restaurant called Sticky Fingers when this lady walking past asked very politely if we would like her to take a picture of the whole group.

We just knew it would turn out a brilliant picture of all our feet :lolol: :lolol:
