As for the whole Lewes fans referring to Borough with their old name thing, not sure if it's some kind of dig to imply that Langney isn't in Eastbourne, but those that know their local geography will know that Langney is simply an area of the town, in exactly the same way Withdean and Kemp Town are parts of Brighton.

It doesn't help with Eastbourne Borough themselves not being particularly magnanimous about Lewes winning the Conference South last year.
Eastbourne Borough didn't win it because of injuries, suspensions and the transfer deadline, according to them.
