day 4 , so far so good, test will be at football as drinking all day .....crack that and can do it.

the only cure!

saucepan with orange juice, chillis, lots of garlic & ginger bring to boil - simmer, and drink a pint of it. DISGUSTING but works.

Not bad. Wake up a few times and have weird dreams, but surviving. I might just be able to do this! (Although, early days)

I didn't go in the end. Removing temptation seems to do the trick - Now I need to avoid becoming a recluse.

Probably not a bad idea early on, why not have a couple of drinks at home and see how you get on ?

still got this bad cold and its really getting me down now, Thursday had 4 large whisky's and 5 fags but so far had 4 alcohol and fag free days out of 5.
