I must admit I am with Kinky on not picking Dyer. He just never seems to be able to do it on his rare games for England (rare as he is never fit).

I disagree as well, Dyer when fit is a great attacking midfielder who scores goals, surely a better addition to the team than Jenas !!!

But then why are SWP and Dyer starting ahead of Lennon (is he injured)? SWP hardly plays for Chelsea, Dyer is still coming back from injury and Lennon was one of the few bright points of the World Cup.

The fact he only named 4 strikers in the squad shows how short we are of quality forwards. When McLaren was asked about this, he was hinting one of his options would be David Nugent, who has never played top flight football.
