Yes. Cash handed over so I can register for the L2B. Much better than a poxy shirt that will get worn twice a year maximum.

:clap2:

Ooh bike shopping, you know how we love that.

This was me and my mates in the swimming pool car park, not a girl in sight

Wasn't it Cannondale that recently bought out a single forked hybrid.
I certainly couldn't get my head round it.

I was intending to buy one over Christmas but putting it off until I can get a proper fitting.

I just read a magazine piece about bike fitting funnily enough. Seems like £200 for a proper fitting is not uncommon

It is a bit of an upmarket up it's own arse magazine though to be fair.

Have all these bike restoration projects been put on hold over Christmas then or what?

Haven't seen many pics lately. I hope the Brooks saddle hasn't been rubbed clean into oblivion.

Still going, but as it's rained for the last two days and I'd get shot for stripping another bike in the kitchen I decided to clean out the garage yesterday in readiness of me being locked in there.

I was hoping not to spend that much! But given I have spent the last four years picking up back aches and such like by choosing the wrong size for my first bike, maybe not such a bad move.

There will be plenty of people that will do a 'fitting' for you.
Ideally you want it done without a bike in mind, from the shop.
They are a business after all.

There's at least 2 places around here that do a proper fitting, which I know isn't much use to you.
I'm sure someone local will sort you out, and it certainly won't cost £200.

No resto work from me.
Work was tough, cotter pin trouble and generally knackered, I should be back on the horse later in the week.
