Very nice work that man!

...I've just realised I haven't got out on the bike for 3 weeks because of this rain. 3 weeks solid of turbo time!

Yep, it's all getting a bit depressing all this constant rain and dull dark days. Supposed to be sunny here tomorrow so I'll finally get out if it is, but then rain forecast again for Monday. It'll probably brighten up once we've all gone back to bloody work after the holidays!

Feckin well hope so.
Obviously being a postie I'm well aware of the weather.

Usually it's never as bad as we think, but not this time, I've never known it to constantly lash down, like it is.

Exactly!, we tend to not see beyond what we have right now but I garden for work and pleasure and can also confirm it's been one hell of a wet Autumn & Winter so far.

To be fair I hope it brightens up after the hols too because I ordinarily work outside all day too but can transfer to inside work if the weather's wet. It does get frustrating though to be at work all day in dry weather and then have it rain everytime there's an opportunity to get out on the bike.

I keep finding myself constantly checking the fantasy site for the new rider list at the moment to give me something to get my teeth into. I'm chomping at the bit for the season to start again and keen to know how much they'll be asking for some of the bargain basement riders from last season like Quintana etc. Sad, but true I'm afraid

WHO SAID WHAT.

1 - we're not here to read twitter, we're here to win the tour?

2 - I'm an ex-doper'?

3 - There was supposed to be a ceremony on the podium but the team didn't know, and I missed out...I had a bit of a cry that night?

4 - Pat McQuaid is a dick?

5 - I wanted a tour stage win and I got three?

6 - I did my warm down on the turbo, and from the reaction I got you's think I was pleasuring myself in a deck chair.

7 - Normally I don't need this weapon.Normally I use my sprint.

8 - I wasn't as strong as Fabian. But it's not always the strongest guy that wins?

9 - Classic 'bone idle' rant by Wiggo, I can't be arsed to type

10 - While I understand the choices we made were wrong. I understand why we made them and why at the time we felt justified in making them. I do not condemn Lance for making those choices and I do not wish to be condemned for the choices I made.

That's your lot, a better finish from myself, but I doubt I'll clear 50% total.

Yes I am procrastinating, no I still can't get the pins out, yes I should be restoring, yes I am easily distracted.

Fill them in, someone has to start.

Q5 I'll back myself to get it, eventually, esp if it begins with 'R'.
3 & 6 are the bankers, 5 7 and 8 are ones I 'know'.

Anagrams Q1, come on

Obvious thing to say... Have you undone the bolt then sprayed feck loads of WD40 in the and left it to drain down for 24 hours?
In fairness it's only had about half a large can.

I'm g-clamping the hell out of it, at the moment.

I just got my best purchase on it, so far , and the fecker just laughed at me, while singing:-

'hell no I won't go'.

You are trying to push it it and not in I presume. LOL

Looks like you may have to drill it out then. I don't envy you with that task.

I'm loving the set up.

I have a long socket over the non screwy end with, about 10mm play inside.
The socket is the same size as the non screwy end of the g-clamp.

Both screwy ends match up well, and there loads of room to turn the handle.

Still nothing.

It took 2 full revolutions to loosen, last time, and the pin which isn't rusted at all, still hadn't budged.

You tried the archaic method of beating the living hell out if it with a hammer?
