How could you possibly know that?
The guy who broke this story yesterday afternoon described £3m of the £5m as "easily achievable very quickly" as it is based on a small number of appearances for United. £2m based on England appearances also seems likely as he is supposedly in the squad again for the Brazil game.

I think whether we get the extra five or not its still a good bit of business and will give us more stability and hopefully the chance to pick up another decent player. Im sad hes going but would be more upset if it was Murray to be honest as we already have people to fill Zahas position but not so much Murrays

You misunderstand. His speculation as to what's likely is reportedly incorrect. The £2m IS based on England appearances etc. I was saying that it seems likely we'll actually get that money as he's evidently a part of the England setup already.
