Are you actually a BHA fan at all? Casual or otherwise. The atmosphere at the Amex has been great - we've had a few teething issues with the transport, catering and other things, but certainly not the atmosphere. I'm assuming as you seemingly can't be bothered to sort a ticket for yourself...

I don't think that's the case though. In my experience, the West Upper has got worse and worse. It seemed much better for the early games, more staff, quicker service, hot pies, etc etc. Perhaps the reason why some people find it better at the moment is because so many people have now GIVEN UP...
