He has won his appeal yorkie but the judges have decided that it should go too retrial.
I would be willing to bet that at that retrial the crown offers no evidence and he walks free.
have always had my doubts on this one so maybe, just maybe a right decision.
He has to wait 2 weeks for a bail...

So its a bit of a pig this week at the office then GG?
If it was right for the top 2 in the BBC too resign over something that was claimed that was wrong that they had no direct control over but they were the figure heads for the organisation.
Then its right that Blair should resign.
He won't, ain't got the balls the mans a dispicable lying coward...
Err bollox was it, simply not up to the job, bit like saying Orient are unlucky in the fact they failed too get promotion.
never showed and never really looked like it would show, won easily by the favourite (and a clear favourite).
It was pointless when it was started and it was/is pointless when it reported.
Waste of time money and effort as it was looking at the wrong things, its remit was not wide enough.
TBH off line almost anywhere is cheaper than HMV.
If you have one in the locality have a look at Music Zone (their online presence http://www.musiczone.co.uk/)
Right one last chance GG.
I have backed this @17's (16/1 in normal terms rather than decimal) e/w with sporting odds.
Still would leave my betting pot in the red (profit) but by not much if it loses.
I reinvested 1/4 of the winnings I had on the winner and the e/w he did tip yesterday.
Still up on the 2 days and my betting pot is back in the red (red= profit in this case more paid out than into it).
