Voted Fence. I don't think he has been helped by seemingly poor recruitment. We needed and didn't get a left sided defender, goalkeeper and striker and those failures are certainly a problem now. I like the style we play but I wonder if we have the players that can make this system effective...

I hope that a striker and LWB are on the agenda today. If, as seems likely, they don't happen I reckon the window will have to be classed as poor. To me we have lost physicality, experience and will be an injury (or loss of form) to Maupay away from being in deep trouble.
