It's a pagan festival nicked by the religious nuts anyway so you don't need to be religious to celebrate it. If you get time off work what does it matter anyway?
So how come asia-planet.net says this:
"Japan is not divided into different time zones. The whole country is nine hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). So, when it is midday in London, it is 9pm in Japan (8pm during UK Summer Time). There is no daylight saving time in Japan."
???
Why is it that times like Halloween and Christmas bring out all the whinging miserable gits. I love Christmas too. Eating, drinking and pressies. Whats not to like?
Yes it was me, thanks LO. So IF Falmer were to fail, technically, according to Prescott's stipulations, we could have a stadium in Portslade? Can I be first to suggest that it is built on the Whitehawk dumping ground that is Warrior Close. I'd love to be able to walk to home games.
:lolol: If only you knew. Grudges last a long time in Bristol. They deserved to go up and we stole their promotion. I should think Bristol Rovers fans probably quite like us though.
Good luck. It's already had millions spent on it and it's still nowhere near resembling a stadium.
I'd like to know how a stadium being 100 metres from a junction with the A27, 100 metres from a train station and between 200 and 400 metres from thousands of parking spaces can have inadequate...
As much as I think that it is now the time for everyone to shut-up about alternatives and get behind the club 100% I can't help but feel that if some tossers meddling does scupper the deal it will be the clubs fault for not preparing themselves adequately.
Bandwidth or something but don't talk too loudly or the regulars will start talking about when the fixtures are out and asking where you can get GOSBTS ringtones.
Didn't Prescott's report say they have to be in the conurbation of Brighton and Hove? In which case wouldn't Portslade, Southwick, Shoreham fall into this category?
I think it's fair to say that Prescott has accepted our case for a stadium somewhere. He's not going to re-open the inquiry and then at the end of that say "oh, by the way you never convinced me you needed a stadium anyway so you wasted all that extra money for nothing".
That would be so funny if he went to all that trouble to screw you over and ended up with a piece of land that was worthless for anything other than a football stadium :lolol:
