I saw Petterson away at Ipswich have a good game. Kept the score down and made some class saves. Walton was not too bad, not a fan favourite but better than Ormerod and Rust at least. I think we actually paid 20k for him.

Had a poor game but in fairness produced good recovery tackles and he was trying creative/ ambitous passes.

Saw Santos a couple of times last season and was fiarly impressed. He's a good competitor, energetic and not too slow. Also a big physical presence which we will need at times this season. Decent signing IMO.

Reddy is exactly they type we need.

I'm with Magoo on Carpenter - he is our best midfielder by some distance. It was the first game and the sharpness will come. When fit Chippy is a great all rounder and his ability and determination are taken for granted. I seriously can't think of a weakness in his game.

I think our targets are over ambitous. I can't see the likes of Shipperly, Dichio, Raziak, Evatt coming here. We are wasting time.

Apparently the defenders is Keith Lowe of Wolves. A decent prospect who they've loaned out before. Mcshane is going to Ipswich.

While Magoo has been manager we have brought in over 2.5 Million in transfer fees. This a great record, even with Turienzo and agent fees he's 2 million in credit.
