Didn't have to queue at all - I think we paid 30euros for a seat quite high up, but wherever you are the view is awesome.
Some of us bought off the touts before we found the ticket office and they got in without a hitch, though they did pay slightly over face value for their tickets.
I went last year for the Real/Deportivo game and 13 of us got tickets on the day for what was a top of the table clash, although that was a night game so had a bit of time before KO - maybe go the day before. If you go to the stadium the ticket office is tucked away under one end, north I think...

I always understood it to be that for FAC 10% went to the FA, the two clubs splitting the rest - 45% each. Therefore when we play a home tie it actually COSTS the Club money.

The point Staffs is making is that a Coventry type club would go for a 'name' of some sort, not a manager still in his first season in charge of a club.
