Interesting that 22 year old João Pedro is in the senior player leadership group with all the oldies.
Milner speaks Spanish, so Joao's inclusion can't be solely for his translation abilities.

I thought Joao was Brazilian?
My thought was that he's the oldest (even though not old at all!), spent the most time in UK football and the best English speaker out of the South American contingent - so offers a voice / link to that group of players.

I love the idea that we could have a manager who has some sort of weird quantum physics phenomenon whereby no matter how many people approach him from every direction, he always remains the same distance away from all of them.
I asked and was told (not sure how reliably) that they were planning something for Dunk instead.
