I now wear a smart watch as the screen lights up and I can read it without glasses

I have a very nice Tag Heuer watch from about 25 years ago, but being a woman's watch the face is small so I would need glasses to be able to tell the time on it now. It is a shame, but having to find glasses every time I needed to tell the time would drvie me nuts.

This is unlikely to go anywhere so please don't waste too much time on your replies.

Does anyone have a Dan Henry watch?
Are they available in the UK? (can't find a stockist on line)
Do we have to pay duty if buying direct from them?

I could happily buy at least 3 of these (but as said probably won't buy any)

Apple Watch for day to day and then a selection of smarter watches for occasions including one very nice one that I treated myself to years ago. I bought one of those Glass watch cases and I get a disproportionate amount of pleasure of choosing my watch for the day and taking it out the case.

I don't have one but this guy seems to do honest reviews , he likes the 72 and the alarm is far easier to set than my Junkers with a Ronda quartz ..

Thanks - The YouTube is my go to move and yet oddly I didn't think to check reviews for these.
I shall deep dive later.

Can anyone recommend a reputable replica watch seller?
I want an IWC watch but don't want to pay £7k for one. I know you don't get the same design quality and durability as real ones but I want a replica to keep me 'ticking' over for the next year or so...if its lasts of course...!!!
Thanks in advance for anybody who can recommend a seller used in the past.

Blimey, I'm half a dozen videos in for Dan Henry on The YouTube, struggling to find a bad word.
Some of the reactions are borderline pornographic! 🤣

I lost two watches last year - a Rotary I’d had for about 30 years and a Fitbit, which doesn’t count. The straps broke on both and they fell off my wrist.

I got this for Christmas. I feel “naked” without a watch. It wasn’t ridiculously expensive, and I love it.

Don't really have the need these days always having a phone with me. When I do, I dig out my Omega I bought from the NAAFI duty free in 1983 for £110. Worth considerably more now. Broke me to buy it at the time. That's a lot of beer tokens when your 18.

Can't recommend a site but unless it's specifically an IWC brand name you want to be wearing if you look up homage watches of the model you want you might find something similar

Referring to the IWC "homage" person in particular, wearing a knock-off is a bit cheap and nasty. Perhaps go to one of the reputable "gray market" sites and have a look for something that's genuine and doesn't cost the earth.:

After years of paying to have my Breitling watches serviced by Breitling at a cost of about £600 minimum and taking up to 4 months to return, I found a local horologist who gives the same level of service in under a week for £120 all in.

Yes, I wear it in bed but not in the shower. I am not sure if it’s waterproof . Do most people sleep wearing one ?
