Yes, I wear it in bed but not in the shower. I am not sure if it’s waterproof . Do most people sleep wearing one ?
Absolutely not. I'd invariably end up with a strap-print on my FACE.

I'm still with my Galaxy 4 smartwatch. Not because I'm a fitness freak - I just love the functionality. Texts, Whatsapps, news can all be viewed at a glance without digging the phone out. Its great for following football accas when you set up goal alerts for your games. I like changing the faces to freshen things up now and then. And the tons of little functions that come in handy (got some nice garden selfies with the DORIS in the summer, leaving the phone on the table and activating the timed camera shutter on the watch, with preview).

I'm torn though as I also have a nice classic Gucci, as well as a couple of lovely skeleton watches. I save them for "dress" if I'm out somewhere wearing smarts...but I do end up missing my Galaxy. I'm a techy at heart.

Yes, when I remember.
Awkward when I've forgotten, go to look at my left wrist, and have to improvise an immediate dance move to disguise the fact there's no watch there.

Can anyone recommend a reputable replica watch seller?
I want an IWC watch but don't want to pay £7k for one. I know you don't get the same design quality and durability as real ones but I want a replica to keep me 'ticking' over for the next year or so...if its lasts of course...!!!
Thanks in advance for anybody who can recommend a seller used in the past.
Check out spinnaker watches. https://spinnaker-watches.com. They have some good models. I have a couple myself and really affordable. You might find some that are close to the expensive watches.

Disassociation Stat here.

I'm still rummaging around Dan Henry and it turns out the reason why t'internet nerds love him so much is he's one of them.
Before turning his hand to production he catalogued his 1500 watch collection.

If watches are your thing this could cost you some hours.

Here's a thing.
Because I'm still all in on WristwatchRevival on The YouTube and yearning for a specific Dan Henry watch The YouTube still thinks I'm Mr Watch.

So on Friday I found myself watching a 'best cheapest watch' compilation, which included this from Amazon.

The 5* reviews say I've got a bargain.
The 1* reviews say landfill next week.

I can't be bothered with a guessing game.

£17 and I rather like it.

Somehow I screwed up the response but anyway, I was trying to say that under the hood it's a cheap, mass Chinese garbage version of a Daniel Wellington watch, which in itself is cheap, mass Chinese garbage. Dan Henry though is a quality microbrand and worth saving up your pennies for.

I know I was bored and curious.

Although I does still work, in about 20 minutes time I'd have had vfm 😆

I think I want a nice looking hybrid watch with active gps, but it appears such a thing does not exist! Does anyone know of such a thing?

Started wearing an analogue watch at 40. Love it now. Love the routine of winding it and putting it on each morning.

Obviously I have no idea what you mean by "nice looking".
But the very first response to 'hybrid watch with active GPS' is this:-

I'll Eden a guess The Google has even more up its sleeve.

Yep, an analogue Tag Heuer. And really like having to adjust the day at the end of the month when necessary.

I was given one of these a year or two ago (there's a very amusing anecdote about this, you'll have to take my word for it because I can't be bothered to type it out and it wouldn't work in text anyway).
I discovered a few weeks ago that the cost of changing a battery increases quite drastically when you actually care about the watch still being waterproof afterwards. And also that people who work in jewellers don't get references to taking "route one".
