That's the sort of remark that pisses off a lot of people. I can think of at least eight regular posters on NSC who aren't English (and I'm sure there are quite a few more).

And, sorry, while I'm an England supporter, the team doesn't mean as much to me as the Albion do and I don't think that means that I'm not a "real" football fan (whatever that means).

Sorry i was generalising there a tad. I apprecate there are fans of BHA who arent English.

And to be honest there is n comparison to make between club and international as it's cmpletely ifferent but my point was they both mean as much to me as eachother...

I sense that 2010 is really the best chance we've had to win it arguably since 1966.

The climate in South Africa will suit us, the ratio of England supporters to the rest will be at an all-time high, our form's been good and we're scoring goals.

That said, I don't have a lot of time for the players as individuals. If we do win it will still be the '66 team that will be the most loved.

Pork pie land.
What sort of wanker would vote for option two? Unless they were Welsh, Irish, Scottish or some other god-forsaken nationality (in which case they have options 3 & 4)?

Better than not at all though, eh? :bla:

Indeed, normal order is restored.

FIFA's favourites are there, we are not, England will DEFINITELY win, and I'll bounce this thread come the semis. Sounds like a classic world cup.

I'm Northern Irish by birth, but I will be "following" England and hope they win it. I can't say I'm an England "supporter" really, but I genuinely wish them well. I'll watch all the games and cheer when (if!) they hit the onion bag.

Same goes for all the home nations, but they aren't there

Shiver me frickin' arse cakes Mr B where does all this independent financial wealth (and time!) come from? Did you win the lottery? Invest wisely? Do you save all your money for football and eat porridge all the year round?

I have been putting aside some money each month for the last 2 years to go towards this trip! I plan a long expensive holiday every 4 years for the World Cup!!

I have requested 3 weeks unpaid leave from work to give me enough holiday!

I eat Porridge every second day and starve inbetween! Thats why I look anorexic ;-)

No kids and no mortgage help considerably

Any other information needed????

Nice to see you're not bitter at all at Ireland NOT BEING GOOD ENOUGH to be there.

Exactly why is a Manure/Chelski glory hunter posting on an Albion website. I take it that's what you are as based on your theory, if your team are bereft of success you switch allegience.

Also, not sure where you did your survey, probably just in your own head, but most people I know, irrespective of the '43' years will still follow their national team.

f*** off you wanker.
so because i say i know people that aren't supporting England next year, i'm a United fan?
Yeah good logic.
Prick.

Seriously, what has lampard ever done to arouse your ire ? I think your post is a bit weird to be honest, but just wondered about lampard?

Lampard is an extremely talented player. IMO he is also an arrogant twat with zero class - a perfect Chelski player in other words.

Seriously, can you give some examples of his arrogance ?Out of many premiership players he comes across as very grounded and personable, you really do sound like an aging hollywood star whose best years are behind her with your bitter anti chelsea rants, a bit like spurs really.
