Still not really hurting him with words though as it would be the paving stones causing the damage!

Well said Butters.

Some of these people just complain without a justified reason. And for those so called 'Magoo' haters, who else could possibly replace him??

 heard it all before Holloway, Murdoch, Wilkins would all do a better job imho

Please don't start this up again, thread after thread last time.

:(

Surely if you want him to leave there has to be a replacement. Or have you not thought about that?

He might not be doing the best of jobs. I admit. But we have to back him as he will not be sacked by the board.

When he has come off the bench he does the same as I have seen in the reserves. He never seems to pass forward. Every pass is back which puts more pressure on the defence.
I'd say he looks for the simple ball, not backwards every time. I tihnk that would benefit us at present, as we are very loose with posession. He is also quicker and more tenacious than either Chippy or Hammond (and Reid), he is a ballwinner. We all say we miss Charlie, well Nicolas is a similar type of player. Maybe not a talker like Charlie but he would give us more bite in midfield, and help us KEEP the ball. In my opinion.

Plenty of replacements out there, Father Jack (Tom) just said above. We won't sack Magoo but the only thing we have to wait for is for Magoo to resign.

And you honestly think that he will do despite his comments in recent weeks. Do they sound like they're coming from a Manager who is close to resigning?? I don't think so.

With McGhee's excellent record as a manager, I'm sure that he would be snapped up by some ambitious club if he left us.
