Surely if you want him to leave there has to be a replacement. Or have you not thought about that?

He might not be doing the best of jobs. I admit. But we have to back him as he will not be sacked by the board.

When he has come off the bench he does the same as I have seen in the reserves. He never seems to pass forward. Every pass is back which puts more pressure on the defence.

I'd say he looks for the simple ball, not backwards every time. I tihnk that would benefit us at present, as we are very loose with posession. He is also quicker and more tenacious than either Chippy or Hammond (and Reid), he is a ballwinner. We all say we miss Charlie, well Nicolas is a similar type of player. Maybe not a talker like Charlie but he would give us more bite in midfield, and help us KEEP the ball. In my opinion.

Plenty of replacements out there, Father Jack (Tom) just said above. We won't sack Magoo but the only thing we have to wait for is for Magoo to resign.
