This is an argument for another thread but that's clearly nonsense.

If it's clearly nonsense, then I suggest this thread is perfect for it.

Like NYC , successful people like to live in London because it has some of the top museums, galleries, restaurants, bars etc and some of the brightest minds in the world.

Whilst I agree that London has a lot to offer, how often are the residents off to the museums and galleries, and what difference does it make if some of the brightest minds are there? Do they stop you in the street for a chat?

Restaurants, West End etc, yes.

I think Tony Bloom will be doing his very best to try and steer Moises towards Liverpool.
He won't want a player and agent dictating how he runs his business, and after agreeing a deal with Liverpool he will want to honour his commitment.

Therefore I reckon TB will be delaying showing his hand and make Team Caicedo think he is prepared to not sell him this season.
The result being that the longer it goes on the more chance there is of Moises twitching at the thought of missing out on an immediate massive financial boost. I expect Team Caicedo to blink first.
He'll be having Scouse language lessons before we know it.

But have you read the link you're saying I should have read? It says (bold is theirs not mine) "any punishment relating to losses relative to the PSR Calculation in excess of £105m would be implemented THIS season’.

That's £105m losses this season - not how much they can spend on a player.

So, if they were breaking even before buying a player, and then spent 105m on a player, they would be making a 105m loss then?

I go to restaurants that you wouldn't find in any provincial town at least once a fortnight.

As for brightest minds congregating in certain cities this is just a known fact. Take the front office of an investment bank for example, you have some of the smartest graduates from all over the world move to London. Same for any major industry and the people tend to stick around.

I think the same but I also think Chelsea are stringing everyone along. They’ve been preparing a bid since May, and the only bids made so far were deliberately low, as they must have known they’d be refused.

There's a reasonably large equadorian community in London. There isnt anywhere else in the country. If you have followed Moises on social media he often visits London with his mum. Funnily enough I've never seen him take a day/weekend trip to Liverpool or Cheshire !!
