my favourite cheese is saint-marcellin from the isere dept,if you ever see it try some,if you like soft cheeses

my bro-in-law normally brings the cheese,doesn't trust an anglais,can't pronounce most of them,but they are very nice with the appropriate vin rouge bien sur

incidently he never keeps his cheese in the fridge

One Summer in France, the family I was staying with kept their cheese in the rabbit hutch! :ohmy:

Too fuckin' much. Most will be left over because everyone's too full to eat it.

The highlight of the entire festive season, and the justification for buying too much cheese, is grating up all the leftovers on January 2nd and making the mother of all macaroni cheeses. Having the blue bits from the leftover roquefort and stilton floating around in the sauce does make it look a bit odd, but by golly it tastes good...
