A temporary peak in interest because their has been a global financial meltdown (caused by corporate and banking greed) and Europe is in deep shit, The UK is struggling financially and the people are concerned about their future.

Who do the people blame?, the government?, The banking industry?, The multinationals?

No they blame the foreigners. The foreigners who are struggling to make ends meet just like them.........Oh and don't forget the dole cheats.

Little Englanders on their Island, with their Island mentality will never change.

Nope, you are wrong.

The sane people blame the fuckwit politicians who got us here. The fact that we have had unprecedented immigration is not the fault of the immigrants, it's those who oversaw the process and decried anyone who had the temerity to point out the downsides as a racist............a bit like you.

As has been covered on this thread a million times, opposition to unrestricted labour markets advocated by the EU is not a right wing extremist issue, it was a solid socialist labour policy to withdraw from the EEC because the old unions and labour party grandees understood what such a policy would mean for the UK working class. This evening we have just had a TV programme on Bognor and the plight of poles living on the streets because all the work has dried up. They won't go home though because they are better off on the streets in Bognor, with the prospect of a bit of (cash in hand) work here and there. This is what the UK born unskilled working class are now competing with.........old labour were right.

For the record, you live in Australia a country that imposes exactly the kind of restrictions on its labour markets that we should have had here and yet you have the f***ing neck to moan about people here who are moaning because they want what you have there..........you are a f***ing thick bigotted twat.

And you wait to see who the Aussie knuckle draggers blame next time we have a recession.....that's right the foreigners just like last time. Even with our wonderful immigration systems knobheads like your good self will always find some foreigners to blame for their problems.

Are you for real?

You live in a country which has a sound socialist policy that protects it's internal labour market......you are benefitting from that......if the Australian Govt changed that policy for one where millions of people living in the Oceanic region had automatic residency rights, could work in Australia without a visa and didn't give the Australian people a democratic choice in the matter........you would decry the opponents as right wing knobheads? Opponents that would definitely include Australian unions.

I look forward to your response.

Bushy, read the explanation that was not what I was saying at all. You're in over your head on this one Bushy, I'd bow out gracefuly if I were you.
You've consistently been shown to be a blustering know nothing, you're not thick but you're certainly not sharp enough or streetwise enough to be offering the sort of advice like "wind your neck in son" or bow out gracefully , you're in over your head, if i were you, i'd quietly walk away from this thread before you reveal yourself to be even more of a simster or herr tubthumper wannabe than you already are, you're just not in their league.................son.

If UKIP is supposed to be full of closet racists, then there is absolutely no way Nigel Farage would get the air time that he does. There is absolutely no way some Tories would be jumping ship to join them. There is absolutely no way UKIP would be growing in numbers every week.

Voters of UKIP clearly understand that there is a difference between between racism and immigration, it just a shame some people still can't see the difference.

Let's face it, UKIP have overtaken the LibDims as the third supported party. Every week that goes by people are waking up, re Europe etc.
So what better way to put down this party than by accusing it of racism etc....... that old kop out, and the left limp wristed Guardian readers etc fall for it.
Labour Rotherham has smeared them, but it has backfired. The Tories are shitting themselves and hope to join up with them to silence them and their supporters.
Funny how these accusations re racist have never come out in the 20 years that UKIP have been going.
Yep, smear them and Labour and Conservative will just swop around every few years...... and continue having no feeling for England, and just continue ruining it.
A couple of quotes to help you out.

"Sun on 26 September 2007, Cameron wrote: "Today, I will give this cast-iron guarantee: If I become PM a Conservative government will hold a referendum on any EU treaty that emerges from these negotiations. No treaty should be ratified without consulting the British people in a referendum."

"He also pledged to take on "sour Little Englanders" who wanted rid of Scotland. "I'll fight them all the way," he said."

Ed Milliband 2012
He said: "We in the Labour Party have been too reluctant to talk about England in recent years. We've concentrated on shaping a new politics for Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
"But some people in England felt Labour's attention had turned away. That something was holding us back from celebrating England too. That we were too nervous to talk of English pride and English character. Connecting it to the kind of nationalism that left us ill at ease.

Yep, UKIP are ruffling a few feathers...... and what easier way to keep them down than portray them as racist........... and the sheeples fall for it..... huh. Wake Up.

I take it you live in Oz.
The place where you have to (or used to, in case i'm now wrong) have £72,000 in the bank, a sponsor in Oz, and a trade to get into your country. I believe you had to have 5 years NI before you could claim any benefit.
Iv'e worked with a few working (traveling Aussies and Kiwis) they can not believe how all and sundry are allowed to come into the UK and immediately entitled to the lot, and England takes the large majority of them.
Before i get tagged with the easy option racist tag, i also realise that a lot of decent hard working people emigrate to this country, and genuine asylum seekers, but we can not sustain the amount coming in daily/yearly, the system, taxpayer and infrastructure can not take it. I believe that Oz is about 13 times (or more even) bigger than the UK, with about a tenth of the population.
In fact there are a few on this board that don't actually live here, but seem to know what is best for us eh.

You look forward to my response to you putting words in my mouth?

I am saying that right wing knobheads will always find a way to blame foreigners for their problems and that Australian rightwing knobheads criticize Australia's immigration policy for letting too many foreigners in). My suggestion is that instead of blaming foreigners for the countries ills maybe it would be better to look at other causes of the problems you face.

Yes I have criticized those who think that Australia's immigration policy is too liberal as right wing knobheads. In light of the fact that many people on this thread are holding it up as some kind of model system I don't really get your issue.

The UK is a member (sort of) of the European Union how do I feel about that? To be fair not having been in the country for 8 years I can't really comment on how that is working out for you. What I see though is a global financial problem, caused by greed, of which Europe is suffering the consequences and the best people can come up with is to blame the European Union and the influx of foreigners. I am not sure they are looking in the right direction.

Surely you just explain to them that the UK maintains many ties to the commonwealth which allows unrestricted movement from and to those countries and that it is part of the EU which allows free movement of people through it's borders.

Australia is much bigger than England but it lacks liveable space and water. Many argue that Australia hit it population ceiling 10 years ago (many also disagree) but we keep on growing.

Are you autistic?

Where have I said that foreigners are to blame..........I know the cause..........its politicians, and more specifically Labour politicians. You know the political party that purports to act in the interests of the working class. This is the party that in concert with the EU opened up the UK's labour markets to millions of unskilled and workers from Europe so they could compete directly with the British working class. No visa needed, just walk straight in. This was not an issue that the country were given a debate on let alone a vote, in fact we were told not to worry, only 15k would come...........the politicians were wrong..........and badly.

This policy is pan european free market Thatcherite capitalism at its worst.........opposing it is not being a right wing nut job.........Kinnock stood twice to be PM and supported by the old unions he would have taken the UK out of the EEC. Hardly right wing nut jobs.

The Australian system is based on protecting its labour markets, not creating over supply and ergo driving down wages, particularly for the working class. This is not an extremist policy, it is socialist in nature, proportionate, measured and sensible.

You say you haven't been in he UK for 8 years and therefore can't comment on the impact of EU policy in the UK and frankly this is your most coherent comment so I would leave it there.........given your track record you wouldn't understand what is happening anyway.

Apologies if you are autistic........no offence.

Fair enough BF, but are there still the rules in Oz on entry that i mentioned in my previous post, like no social until paid 5 years NI, a sponsor who will keep you, having a trade that is needed, £72,000 in the bank. This surely encourages some, and dissuades the spongers.
Just to add we have enough spongers born and bred over here.... white and black, before anyone uses the card.

Little Englander...yes...UKIP is right in my my book,I don't care what your view is,you're entitled to it as much as I am to my views. The whole emphamise of immigration is that you claim aslylum in the the first country you land in,how many come through Europe to land here for benefits. That apart our softies say yes let's give the Union millions of our money to Europe...for what? We have given up our fishing grounds to foreign vacunm ships,we subsidise French farmers, the whole EU is corrupt, they have'nt accounted for their spending for 15 years, yet trhey want more. Let's wake up,you can slate my ideals as much as you like but if you want this country ruled by unelected Europeans then vote pro Europe...my view is that you will regret it...My country...I want it to prosper!!

Whether I am autistic is not really relevant to the discussion here, it is more a social problem stemming from Autistic people struggling to understand how people communicate and relate to each other, the social norms we all take for granted if you like. But don't let this stop you from chucking it about as a flippant insult making you look ignorant and ill educated. For the record I am not Autistic but my son is.....so although you have neatly excused yourself with your 'no offense' I will take some anyway. If you want to know why try watching someone you love struggle with a condition such as autism every day. Actually scratch that, try watching someone you love struggle with the ignorant idiots who don't understand or care how he sees the world and teat him like a second class citizen.

So apparently I was wrong to lump you into the 'right wing knobheads' who will always find a way to blame the foreigners. I apologies for this and will now accept that you are a knobhead who will blame the government who let in the foreigners in the first place.
