You need to get a spray to cool the skin, something containing eucalyptus, chamomile and/or lavender it'll help soothe and cool hot, itchy, irritated skin - if you haven't any of those just spray cold water..

Piriton will help (although I hate antihistamines) but it will take a little while....so the aloe vera or water spray will help til then..

thanks - piriton doesnt seem to be working anymore so water spray at the moment :( :( :(
