The league table does not lie. An average squad at best and an average/poor manager.

I think we are at our level near the relegation zone / bottom half.

Nothing to see this season.

Lets hope we make a challenge next season but everyone's interests wanes forever.

Every team in our league must look for the Brighton fixture first. A nice away trip to the seaside and three easy points.

Just facing facts. We are also rans this season. We are a powderpuff team and teams come here and win at a canter and take the 3 points whenever they feel like it.

Or home record in the last 3 years is the worst of the 92 teams in the football league.

Basically we are a poor team and will end up around or just above the relegation zone.

We need to start to challenge and stop being also rans if we are to even half fill Falmer. The manager Slade is AVERAGE. He is not going to do anything here apart from steady the ship but he is not a WINNER and never will be.

We need a manager who can motivate and get results.

We are very poor considering the investment that has been made. That must be down to Slade. His signings are not very good really are they ?. If it was not for Forster, God bless him we would be relegation certainties.

It's not a happy evening in Southwick it seems.

Get your favourite tipple out Gareth and relax with the delights of X Factor and/or Strictly. Let us know your early contenders to win.

Can you be more constructive with an opposing view or how is a debate going to happen ?.

Im quite capable of doing so but it's hard to send long messages from an iPhone, it'd take a very long message to cheer you up and I can't be arsed to turn my computer on :)

to summarise though, an even game against a good side which couldve gone either way.

US that is utter crap.

Firstly, you say that Slade is not a winner and never will be. Look at his previous success, 2 into the play offs. Maybe you are also forgetting that the ONLY reason we stayed up, was because Slade got the team into a focused, winning mentality.

Also, if our dissalowed goal went in, and we won 3-2, would you still be saying we are not good? No, we aren't great, but the fact is, we will improve, and Slade IS a winner. It would be comical for you to deny the latter.

Yes, looking at what could have been, if it happened, agreed.

Sort the defence out, as usual, and we will be a 9-15th placed team.

Same old same old.

We played them off the park, second half especially. Had a huge number of chances, they had none really. Most impressive home performance this season by a distance, and a lot of encouraging stuff going forwards. Shambles at the back, agreed but certainly no need for such depression

How do the last 73 home games have any effect on the future ?- yes we have been poor - I see a slowly improving team. Bennett scores today we get 3 points we are 9th then everybody gets over excited. We were unlucky today - luck tends to even itself over a season.

We have lost 3 out of 4 at home and 5 out of 9 games so far. Its sad that BHAFC fans have the bar SOOOOO low nowadays. I suppose if you are under 20 have only ever seen turd especially in the last 3/4 years. Will we be happy with 19th in the 3rd division in 5 years time ?.
