I love these threads. With a bit of luck on Saturday Forster would have scored 4 or 5, and we would have won at a canter. Instead a couple of defensive howlers (one in injury time) meant we lost. the Usual Suspects then get manically depressed and vent their frustration on NSC. The funny thing is (changing the subject very slightly), those long enough in the teeth know that Brighton have always been pretty much a 3rd Division side with a very few exceptions (eg: 1978 - 1984, approx). A white knight (pun intended) has suddenly emerged from the shadows in the form of Tony Bloom and before he can spend anything meaningful on the squad the pessimists are out in force. My message (although they won't listen) is - relax! We are moving in the right direction, and in 18 months time we will have the best facilities this club has had in its 108 year history. Still, I guess that still won't be enough for the moaners.
