Tne only consolation is that its easy money at the bookies as they still have us odds on to win most home games so its easy money. Just backthe away team and 75% of the time its a winner.

The league table does not lie. An average squad at best and an average/poor manager.

I think we are at our level near the relegation zone / bottom half.

Nothing to see this season.

Lets hope we make a challenge next season but everyone's interests wanes forever.

LOL Don't worry, when Falmer is finished you will win the premiership.:D:D:D:D:D:D

From a managerial point of view, to take Dickinson off and replace him with Davies i thought was fair enough. But then to replace Forster, while on a hat trick and replace him with Hart, thus leaving us with a strike patnership whom havent played together, let alone score a goal(and im talking about first team football not reserves) was a appaling decsion by Slade and showed managerial incompetence, while chaseing a win.If Forster hasnt got 90 mins in his legs, fair enough but for f*** sake leave Dickinson on, very poor RS, very poor indeed.A loss against a high flying Bristol Rovers next week will again leave us in the bottom four, and after what will be 9 games, im sorry but is not good enough.A win against a poor Wycombe side and an away win against a poorer team than us last season, does not and never did mean we had turned the corner, there were just results that we should expect to pick up with ease, if we are to be any sort of force in this league at all.

Think Albion have been better away from Withdean for 3 seasons now?But they scored 2 goals & seemed to be unlucky not to get at least a point.Always look on the bright side-can Forster play as long as Claridge?Falmer will be a different story:ascarf:

It's amazing how someone can have such an opinion of a team when they have not seen them play all season.......Oh, and I have been to 5 games this season and still think I'm gonna be ok for our bet (£50 Brighton to be above mid table by Xmas and another £50 for the end of the season table.:whisky:

29/73*100 = 39.73%.

Less than 40% of our home games are wins for the visiting team, so if you back the away team every time you will lose more frequently than you win

How on earth was it an appalling decision by Slade?! Davies and Hart have been banging them in between them in the reserves, and I'm pretty sure that qualifies as a decent partnership first team or not. You suggest leaving Dickinson on to play with Davies, well, how much have they played together? (including the reserves)

When a managers greatest achievements is 2 play off finals losing both then you know he is pretty crap and Bloom must be getting close to sacking him tonight.
Whether or not this is the right thing to do, I actually agree with you - I think SALDE's card is marked. Either we turn into a team that looks like a play-off side and get results to match in the next 6 weeks, or SALAD will be out the door.

As I say, this is my gut feeling. Not sure if it would be the right thing to do. Apparantly we looked a good side today - but it's worth remembering that good sides don't ship 3 goals at home to Southend (or 4 at home to Stockport for that matter).

Salde is already serving up more in the way of entertaining attacking play than that shit Adams served up this time last year. OK, we're not going to set this division alight this season, but we seem to be slowly going in the right direction.

Well said sir. It's a good job your football opinions are better than your pool skills though.
