Yes you. Blokes in their 40's and 50's who in the east of the south stand today think it's great to rush down to the front of the stand where there are toddlers and knock them over. One poor kid was absolutely terrified. Luckily he and 2 others were not hurt but oh my, what idiots you looked.

The Championship.
Today seemed like a day of over excitement? Alot of people getting thrown out and people having argument's with one another. Were all supporting the same team and the end of the day so lets all take a nice deep breath and relax. Were top of the league after all.

It's character building. I was stood at the front in 2000 when we beat Leyton Orient 2-0 at Brisbane Road, when Bobby Zamora scored in front of us and celebrated right in front of me. To say I was crushed is a massive understatement, I was trampled! I know it's a bit different, considering it was terracing.. but the principle is the same. It's happened to all of us at some point.

nope. with reference to the original post, it is pathetic behaviour. Ironically, the behaviour of a child.

you absolute fool...

There is no family stand at away games

Football is NOT an adult activity.... Its for everyone.

Just stupid behaviour. Why do people think going to football allows them to suddenly turn into some complete knob.. Whats more it seems as if this behaviour is almost deemed as funny.

Have a laugh and a few beers but don't ruin everyone elses day out.

Sorry but why is it an ''adult activity''? HOW?

OK take the percentage of the crowd that are adults ? Probably 95%

Is it really safe to take "TODDLERS" and let them stand at the front...??

Football is aimed mainly at adults.... I dont object to kids going as they are the future, but please parents take responsibility..dont blame a few grown men who are celebrating

Way out west
There have always been idiots following the Albion, it isn't something that only happens with other teams...anyone who tramples on children at games, whether celebrating a goal or otherwise, needs to take a long hard look at themselves.

It SHOULD be safe to take kids to football. Why shouldn't it be family day out. Have some respect for other people.. Surely you can "celebrate" without being a complete idiot and not giving a shit about anyone else around you. Why ruin everyone else's day.

Have a laugh but don't ruin it for everyone else, have some respect for fellow brighon fans

By adults you must mean 18 plus? In that case, I'd say 60%.

There is no family stand at away games. If you want to take your toddler, the place you want to go is the FRONT, that is where things do NOT go mental. Sorry, but these kids went along with their dad and ended up getting terrified because some fully grown man thinks it is acceptable to turn into a neanderthal because we scored a goal.

Sorry to hear about your kids - i was in row A, and saw a nipper close by, but didn't see him get into trouble.

Two of these numpties stood behind us.

In first half, before we scored, one said 'I've had enough of this, it's boring'
2 min later after we scored, he started a song 'It just like watching Brazil..'

Unbelievable..

Its also not a kindergarten.................

didn't say it was... its a place for EVERYONE To go and enjoy themselves. Why should YOU ruin it for everyone else because people want to act like caveman. Have some respect for people. Why shouldn't people be able to take kids to football and not get trampled and punched, jus because you want to have a beer and act like some moronic fool

To be fair, knowing that generally people do go a bit mental in away ends in football, is it really wise to bring a toddler? It's not as if they are old enough to appreciate it ..

Passion for your team makes you celebrate a goal like a mad man. The same passion means that you want to bring your children to important football matches. The difference is that parents have a duty of safety - and the away end today was never going to be a good place for very small children.

He probably hasn't got two brain cells to rub together. Maybe he should be pitied for his ignorance and general idiocy? Then again, maybe he's just a prat.
